Wei Yongkang, a native of Ningde, Fujian, enlisted in the Jiangxi Armed Police Corps in 2009 and joined the Wenzhou Public Security Bureau's Special Police Detachment in 2014 after passing the national special recruitment exam. He is currently the deputy captain of the Fifth Brigade and won the first place in the National Extreme Obstacle Crossing Challenge in 2024. In this competition, he took on two subjects: tower assault and extreme obstacle crossing

Zhou Zijun was born in 1999 and is the youngest member of the team. During the competition, he celebrated his 26th birthday and was also the only police officer from a grassroots police station on the team
