3. Cleaning the Security Check Machine Display

During the long-term operation of the security machine equipment, dust or fingerprint marks may fall on the surface of the security machine display, affecting the clarity of the operator's interpretation of the image. At this point, when the monitor is powered off, use a dedicated monitor cleaner to clean the monitor screen and adjust its brightness.

4. Check the conveyor belt device of the security inspection machine

When the security inspection machine is working for a long time, there may be a problem of the conveyor belt deviating from the center position of the channel. If the conveyor belt deviates from the normal position, it needs to be adjusted. Please contact professional maintenance personnel to adjust the conveyor belt.

5. Check the lead curtain at the entrance and exit of the security machine passage

If there is excessive clearance, detachment, or damage to the lead door curtain of the security inspection machine, professional maintenance personnel should be contacted for replacement or supplementation.

Attention: When adjusting the lead door curtain of the security inspection machine, operators need to wear gloves.

6. Check the emergency stop button of the security check machine

The emergency stop button is a key safety device of the security inspection machine. If the button is found loose or the shell is damaged, the operation of the security inspection machine equipment should be immediately stopped, and professional maintenance personnel should be contacted to maintain or replace the corresponding emergency stop button. Only after the repair is completed can the equipment continue to be used.

After the repair is completed, press the emergency stop button. At this point, the motor in the system stops rotating, the X-ray generator of the security inspection machine stops working, and the display will display a message indicating that the emergency stop button has been pressed, indicating that the emergency stop button can work normally.
